Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if required (you will be notified where possible).

We may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including supply issues or pricing errors, and will provide a full refund where applicable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

A 50% deposit is required before order processing begins.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods or provide safe delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for spoilage if delivery instructions are not followed or if products are left unattended.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to expected quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to provide photos and details of the issue.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
